Delicia Ennis is a passionate advocate for the homeless. She started by opening her mobile home to 12 people and later established a seven-bedroom home in Baltimore. 

To address the need for safe housing, she founded V.A.L.V.E.T. Transitional Housing, which now includes eight properties in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties. Delicia is dedicated to restoring dignity and transforming lives through stable housing.
